I earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a minor in Psychology from Syracuse University. Through a combined program, I also earned my Masters in Nutrition Science from Tufts University and completed my dietetic internship at Tufts Medical Center.
My experience thus far lies in nutrition education, outpatient care (diabetes, cancer, and weight management), clinical care (cardiac, intensive care, renal, and pediatrics), communications and research. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to share my nutrition insight on various online platforms including the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute- Nutrition Center, Tufts Health & Nutrition Letter, and The Friedman Sprout. I’m currently working at the Klarman Eating Disorders Center at McLean Hospital and the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University.
